Today’s Lowest Mortgage Interest Rates – Fixed Home Loans from Wachovia, First Citizens and Union Bank Near All Time Lows

When looking for the lowest interest rates Many Americans are recognizing that there are several opportunities to save money heading in the Christmas holiday shopping season. When looking for today’s lowest mortgage interest rates most are finding that 30 year fixed rates are close to 4%.


Rather than looking for WalMart Black Friday TV sales in 2011 and maybe a very wise choice to cut back this holiday spending season. Unfortunately, many Americans do not recognize how much money they spend in November December which could cause huge financial problems down the road.


Over the next several weeks it will likely be true that many hard-working Americans start to search for Black Friday iPod sales in 2011 but it is always a good choice to recognize that money being spent should be earned first. Many Americans continue to buy on credit which will often cause major problems when it comes to locking in the lowest possible mortgage interest rates.

Some of the larger regional lenders include Wachovia, First Citizens Bank and Union Bank but it is very important to recognize that there are several options available in November or December of 2011. By doing extensive research on line most will find that regional and local lenders will be more than willing to help when it comes to refinancing home loan.

In November of 2011 the FDIC insures over 7000 financial institutions many of which offer home loan products. Almost all of these financial institutions also have websites that should help individuals recognize ways they can save money before going into 2012.
