As we get much closer to the Christmas holiday shopping season most Americans know that they will be spending more money.  WIth this being true it might be smart to budget before the Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping.  Fortunately, there are plenty of free resources on the FTC website to help individuals learn to budget correctly.

Remember that Bank of America is one of the largest financial institutions in the country but definitely not the only option.  There are over 7000 FDIC insured banks throughout the country so it should not be hard to find some of the competitors.  This could allow some to negotiate lower interest rates and closing costs.
