Homeowners Seek Ways to Avoid a Prepayment Penalty on Home Mortgage Loans from Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Chase

With millions of Americans struggling To make ends meet when it comes to personal finances that has been true that many homeowners look for ways to avoid a prepayment penalty on the home mortgage loans from lenders such as Bank of America, Chase were Wells Fargo.


Unfortunately, they can be very difficult to avoid prepayment penalties for individuals who do not recognize the many steps of the refinance process or the mortgage application process. For individuals who simply were excited about buying a home and did not look over the loan agreement they could see large prepayment penalties from lenders throughout the country.

Once again this will take a little bit of extra research and understanding each and every line of the mortgage refinance document.

In fact, the HUD website offers many free resources including articles that will help illustrate what options are available when it comes to reducing closing costs and avoiding prepayment penalties.
