Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – Weekend Home Loans Dip with 10 Year Treasury Rate Yield Under 1.8%

The 10 year treasury rate yield is recovering slightly today but it is still the case that average 30 year fixed mortgage rates are under 4.25% for many borrowers nationwide. If individuals have made very good financial decisions over the last several years that it will likely be the case that they can lock into some of the lowest home loan rates in the history of United States housing market.
Many of these same individuals will seek Bank of America refinance mortgage rates in hopes of finding very attractive offers in September of 2011. While Bank of America is currently one of the largest financial institutions in the nation is not the only option when it comes to receiving home loan products.
