The 10 year treasury rate yield has been in a freefall for most of the summer as it currently sits at 1.9%. With this being the case many hard-working Americans are noticing that 30 year fixed mortgage rates are under 4.25% in certain areas of the United States. By taking advantage of this website Americans will much better understand if there are any inaccuracies or errors that could negatively affect a credit score. Unfortunately, many Americans go throughout their entire adult life without recognizing that inaccuracies could negatively affect your credit score by as much as 100 points.
This is one of the many reasons it is advisable to check your credit report at least once a year. By noticing any errors or mistakes individuals can address these issues and make their financial life much easier. If individuals do not take advantage of the free annual credit report they can never know if these inaccuracies are hurting their chances of low interest rates.
