Current 30 Year Fixed Mortgage Rates – Refinance Interest Rates Stable at Regions Bank, Bank of the West and PNC

Today we saw the 10 year treasury rate yield accelerate through its 50 day and 200 day moving average which pushed 30 year fixed mortgage interest rates to around 4.5%. When looking for current 30 year fixed refinance mortgage rates it is very important to understand that rates fluctuate on a daily basis.
Some regional mortgage lenders that are reporting fixed 30 year rates around 4.5% include Regions Bank, Bank of the West and PNC. While these are three very well-established financial institutions it is important to recognize that there are over 7000 FDIC insured banks throughout the nation that can help when it comes to refinancing home loan.

If the 10 year yield continues to move up that we will see 30 year fixed mortgage rates get very close to 5%.
