As the 10 year treasury rate yield remains very close to 3% it is the case it American homeowners have an opportunity to refinance to some of the lowest levels in the history of the United States housing market. When doing research on today’s lowest mortgage interest rates many will find it Nationwide, MetLife and State Street Bank are offering 30 year fixed home loans slightly below 4.5%.

Sometimes it is the case that individuals need to sink a significant amount of home equity into a mortgage before having any opportunities to refinance. Once again, this can take a significant amount of cash which can be quite difficult for some American households. When making any major financial decision when it comes to mortgage it is always a wise choice to do as much research as possible.
