Over the last few weeks we have seen great volatility in the 10 year treasury rate yield as it has been as low as 2.9% and as high as 3.1% since the beginning of June. Recently we have seen the 10 year treasury rate yield moved slightly higher which in turn will push current 30 year fixed home loan interest rates up to a level slightly above 4.25%.
