Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – June Weekend 30 Year Fixed Home Loans Remain at 4.25% for Some Borrowers

Bank of America refinance mortgage rates have been very volatile over the last week as the 10 year treasury rate yield has been all over the place. Heading into this weekend in June we are seeing 30 year fixed mortgage rate around 4.25% for borrowers with a very impressive credit history.
It is important to remember that not all borrowers will have an opportunity to lock into the lowest rate since it usually takes a credit score that is above 740 and a debt to income ratio is below 40%. Without meeting the financial requirements most customers will find that they will not be able to receive 30 year fixed mortgage interest rates below 4.5% in June of 2011.
Bank of America is one of the largest financial institutions in the country along with J.P. Morgan Chase, Citigroup and Wells Fargo but remember that there are many options available. The FDIC insures over 7000 financial institutions throughout the country sewage and not be difficult to find a local, regional or national bank.

Many analysts predicted that the 30 year fixed mortgage rate would move higher in the summer of 2011 but with an unemployment rate at 9.1% this is highly unlikely. As long as the unemployment rate remained high we will likely see 30 year fixed mortgage rates as well as the federal reserve bank will take necessary steps to keep “borrowing money” attractive.
