Over the last several days we have seen the 10 year treasury rate yield drop very close to its 200 day moving average which in turn is push 30 year fixed mortgage rates toward yearly lows. Mortgage lenders such as Citi and Compass Bank our reporting 30 year fixed conventional mortgage rates around 4.4% which is the lowest levels of 2011.
