Posted on | April 25, 2011 | Comments Off

Wells Fargo refinance mortgage rates have been at very attractive Levels for well over three years now as the 10 year treasury rate yield remains extremely low when looking at historical chart. The Federal Reserve Bank is taken every necessary step to keep interest rates low as we are seeing fixed home loan rates at 4.6% on April 25, 2011.

As we get closer to the summer of 2011 there is a very good chance that we could see interest rates start to rise due to an improved economy. By looking at historical trends is usually the case that the unemployment rate drops and the stock market rises there is a very good chance that we could see interest rates move up quickly.

With this in mind it may be a very wise choice to do as much research as possible before allowing this low interest rate environment to pass. Unfortunately, many Americans have made bad financial decisions in the last several months and years which makes it extremely hard to lock into the lowest possible interest rates at the present time.

Wells Fargo is currently one of the largest mortgage lenders in the country along with Chase, Citigroup and Bank of America but remember that there are over 7000 FDIC insured banks they can help individuals when it comes to receiving low interest rate offers. With the advancements in technology should be very easy to find interest rates that are quite attractive.

Over the next several months it will be very interesting to see what happens with the 10 year treasury rate yield as many analysts continue to protect that interest rates and yields will rise. With an improved economy there is a very good chance that the federal reserve bank will no longer take every step to keep interest rates low which will likely push them up quickly over the next few seasons.
