With 30 year fixed conventional mortgage rates below 5% many Americans are looking to compare mortgage interest rates today. At the present time current refinance FHA and VA home loan rates are under 5% for borrowers who have a very impressive credit history report. But having a credit score above 740 many Americans could save quite a bit of money by going to the refinance process in April 2011.
As we get deeper into this here there is a very good chance that we could see mortgage interest rates start to rise quickly. At the present time most Americans are finding that mortgage lenders are advertising rates below 5%. With a very impressive financial history there are opportunities to lock in rates below this psychological level.
By doing a little bit of extra research on the HUD website Americans will likely find that there are many negotiating steps in the refinance process. By negotiating lower costs and fees some American households have the opportunity to save hundreds and possibly even thousands of dollars during this process.
