Bank of America refinance mortgage rates have been a very hot topic over the last several years as Americans have had the opportunity to refinance a very low rates. At the present time we are seeing early April home loan interest rates around 4.65% for borrowers who have a very good credit score and equity in a home.
Over the last several years many Americans have greatly struggle to make bill payments which in turn has made it extremely difficult to lock into the lowest possible home loan interest rates at the present time.
