Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – Home Loans Push Towards 4.75% as 10 Year Yield Recovers

Last week we saw the 10 year treasury rate yields sank to 2011 lows but this week we are seeing the yield recover and making its way back towards its 50 day moving average. With this being the case Bank of America refinance mortgage rates are pushing higher and could reach 4.75% at the 10 year treasury rate yield continues to move up.
At the present time we are seeing 30 year fixed mortgage rates around 4.65% but it is important to recognize that not all American homeowners have the ability to lock into the lowest possible rates at all times. It generally takes an amazing financial history to have any opportunity to receive low interest rates on any type of money borrowed.
With this in mind it is always a good choice to pay down high interest rate debts before they get out of hand. Unfortunately, many Americans have struggled to do this as they continue to purchase on credit rather than using the money they have already earned. This is very unfortunate as it could cause huge debt problems in the future.

While Bank of America is the largest financial institution in the country is very important to recognize that they are not the only option when it comes to refinancing a home loan in March or April of 2011.
