Wells Fargo Refinance Mortgage Rates – 2011 Average Home Loans at 4.6% on March 23

Wells Fargo refinance mortgage rates have remained very low over the last three years as the Federal Reserve Bank is taken every necessary step to keep interest rates at attractive levels. In 2011 we are seeing average home loan interest rates around 4.6% on March 23. It is important to note that not all borrowers will be able to receive interest rates as low as it takes an amazing financial history.
Wells Fargo is currently one of the largest mortgage lenders in the country along with Chase, Citigroup and Bank of America. While these are the largest financial institutions in the United States it is important to distinguish that there are over 7000 FDIC insured banks that can help homeowners when it comes to refinancing home loan in March or April of 2011.
Taking the time and effort to do extensive research online is always important when it comes to refinancing home loan. By accessing the HUD website most American homeowners will find out that there are a growing number of opportunities to negotiate lower fees. Unfortunately, many feel as if negotiating lower fees is not a possibility.
Over the next several months there’s a very good chance that we could see the unemployment rate dropped which in turn could push interest rates higher. For quite some time many analysts have predicted that as the employment rate drops it will likely be true that we see mortgage rates start to move up due to the fact that the federal reserve bank no longer needs to keep rates low.
With that being said it may be a wise choice to do research as soon as possible rather than waiting until the summer or fall of 2011. By waiting until the unemployment rate drops some homeowners may end up missing out on a great opportunity to save hundreds and possibly even thousands of dollars each and every year on a home loan payment.
