Today’s Lowest FHA Mortgage Rates – Refinance 30 and 15 Year Home Loans Stable Below 5% for Most Borrowers

When looking for today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates most homeowners will find that both 30 and 15 year fixed home loan interest rates were stable below 5%. At the present time we are seeing conventional fixed mortgage rates at 4.6% for the 30 year fixed at around 4% for the 15 year fixed.
