Wells Fargo refinance mortgage rates have remained a very attractive levels for quite some time but we are currently seeing 30 year fixed home loans very close to 2011 lows. In March of 2011 we have seen the 10 year treasury rate yield dropped well below its 50 day moving average which is helped to push 30 year conventional mortgage rates down below 4.5%.
