Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – 30 Year Home Loans Under 4.75% Heading into March 2011

Posted on | February 28, 2011 | No Comments

At the beginning of February we saw the 10 year treasury rate yield accelerated to him new multi-month high but recently we have seen the 10 year treasury rate yields fall back below its 50 day moving average. With this being the case we are seeing 30 year fixed home loans from Bank of America and other mortgage lenders slightly below 4.75%.

On February 28, 2011 30 year conventional fixed mortgage rates are at 4.73% which is very close to the February low and it will be quite interesting to see what happens as we enter March. Many analysts continue to redacted as the overall economy gets better there is a very good chance that we could see interest rates rise but that has yet to truly happen.

Over the next several weeks we will get a much better understanding as to where the 10 year treasury rate yield is headed as it currently sits right under its 50 day moving average. If the 10 year yield continues to decelerate and drop to its 200 day moving average than there is a very good possibility that we could see 30 year fixed mortgage rates drop all the way to 4.5%.

With that being said there is also a possibility the 10 year yield could find support at its 50 day moving average and start to move much higher. If the 10 year treasury rate yield reaches new multi-month highs than there is very little doubt that the 30 year fixed rate will accelerate through 5% and eventually start making its way toward 6%.

With great variability possible it may be wise to start research today rather than waiting until the overall economy dictates interest rate. With the many free resources online Americans will find that Bank of America is the largest mortgage lender in the country but one of very many options when it comes to refinancing home loan.
