Save Money Any Way Possible

WalMart and Jackson Hewitt Team to Help In Store Customers File 2010 Income Taxes Before April 15th

Each and every year millions of tax preparation software packages are sold in one company that is able to track this more than any is the retailer WalMart. With the biggest retailer in the world, Walmart, knowing exactly the number of tax preparation software packages sold each and every year it comes as no surprise to see them teaming with Jackson Hewitt to offer in-store customers help when it comes to filing 2010 income taxes.

As we get closer to April 15 that will likely be the case that millions of Americans start to scramble when it comes to getting income taxes file. Although we are only at the end of February it is still the case that some American households will start the research early in hopes of getting the biggest refund check possible.

When visiting a local WalMart most shoppers will find the Jackson Hewitt is offering very affordable prices when it comes to filing taxes while in the store. In a nationwide marketing campaign WalMart is advertising that Jackson Hewitt will offer prices as low as $38 to file taxes while in the store.

It is very important to remember that this is probably the lowest price when it comes to filing taxes in 2011. If individuals have a very difficult tax return with several write-offs and deductions and many stock options sold it will probably not be the case that they can file taxes for this low price. It is always smart to ask early when it comes to prices on these tax-preparation options.

Even if individuals can not file taxes for $38 it still may be worth it to get the assistance of a professional who has filed taxes many times. Unfortunately, the 2010 tax code has changed and it can be very difficult to understand for those who are new to the process. Taking the time and effort to do research and seeking help could save money in the long run.
