Today’s Lowest FHA Mortgage Rates – Fixed and Adjustable Home Loans Still Cheap When Looking at Historical Charts

As more and more Americans are becoming aware of the fact that interest rates could move higher in the near future it comes is very little surprised to see many of these homeowners looking for today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates. When looking for fixed and adjustable home loan interest rates and is quite obvious that rates are still very cheap when looking at the historical chart of the 30 year home loan.
At the present time we are seeing 30 year fixed conventional mortgage rates around 4.85% which is off the all-time lows of 4% which was set in November of 2010. With the unemployment rate down to 9% and the stock market very close to multi-year highs there many signs pointing towards economic growth which could mean that 30 year fixed mortgage rates move through 5% and well toward 6%.
With this being a strong possibility it is always wise to research and consider options. This could help many homeowners save quite a bit of extra money in the form of lower costs and fees.
