Wells Fargo Refinance Mortgage Rates – Average 30 Year Home Loans at 4.85% for Great Credit Score Borrowers

Wells Fargo refinance mortgage rates have been quite stable for much of this week due to the fact that the 10 year treasury rate yield has remained around 3.6%. Average 30 year home loans are currently at 4.85% but there is a chance that they could begin to rise again when the 10 year treasury rate yield makes new 2011 highs.
It is important to remember that it takes a great credit score to have any opportunity to lock in to the lowest possible 30 year fixed mortgage rates. By having a credit score above 740 many homeowners will position themselves very well but it also takes a debt to income ratio below 40% and a significant amount of home equity.
With millions of Americans looking for ways to save money it comes as little surprise to see many homeowners seeking a low refinance rate. Fortunately, many Americans have had the ability to refinance debt historically low rates over the last three years but the low interest-rate environment may be coming to an end very soon.
The Federal Reserve Bank is stated many times that interest rates will be dictated by the overall economy. The unemployment rate continues to drop and we see many economic indicators showing growth there is a very strong chance that we could see 30 year fixed home loans accelerate wealth through 5% and move toward 6%.
