When looking for today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates it is likely the case that many American homeowners will find refinance 30 year fixed home loans under 5%. At the present time we are seeing conventional 30 year fixed rates at 4.75% and many mortgage lenders have reported that conventional rates are coming in very close to FHA rates in January of 2011.
