With homeowners looking to save as much money as possible by going to the refinance process that comes as no surprise to see many of these individuals considering locking in the 15 year fixed mortgage rates.
Before making the decision to lock into a 15 year fixed mortgage it is important to understand is that the loan payments will likely be slightly higher because the term is so much shorter. With that being said they are still great savings to be had by getting a lower interest rate and pain on this loan for half of the normal loan period.

It is nearly impossible to make a prediction on the overall economy but there are many signs of growth in the near future.
