Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – 4.5% for 30 Year Fixed Home Loan Interest Rates on January 17

Bank of America refinance mortgage rates remain very low when looking at historical chart of raids as we are currently seeing 30 year fixed home loan interest rates around 4.5%. When looking at a historical chart of overall interest rates it is quite obvious that we have never seen 30 year fixed mortgage rates below 5% for such an extended period of time.


With this being the case it may be very wise for homeowners to consider refinancing while the economy is still struggling and interest rates are still low. The Federal Reserve Bank has stated many times that as the economy improves it will likely be the case that a home loan interest rates start to move up as well. Some feel that mortgage rates could move all the way up to 6% in the near future.


Bank of America is currently the largest mortgage lender in the country but it is very important to remember that it is not the only option when it comes to locking in the lowest home loan interest rate. There many mortgage lenders on the national, regional and local level that are offering interest rates at very attractive levels in January of 2011.

With millions of Americans looking to save as much money as possible it comes as no surprise to see many of these individuals searching for mortgage interest rates today. When looking to go to the refinance process remember that there are closing costs involved so it would be a wise decision to add these into the calculations when seeing how much money will be saved.
