Wells Fargo Refinance Mortgage Rates – 15 and 30 Year Home Loan Interest Rates Well Below 5% on 1/11

Over the last two months of 2010 it was the case that mortgage interest rates are quite volatile as 30 year fixed rates were between 4.0% and 5.25%. In January of 2011 we have seen Wells Fargo refinance mortgage rates between 4.55% and 4.75% when it comes to the 30 year fixed. With this in mind it may be a wise decision to consider the refinance process while mortgage rates are not volatile.
Volatility in mortgage rates often creates uneasiness when it comes to homeowners who are looking to refinance. When mortgage rates are much more stable it seems to be true that homeowners are willing to lock in rates as they have an idea as to what rates will be tomorrow or even next week.

By having an impressive credit score above 740, a debt to income ratios below 40%, and equity in the home there will be many opportunities to save money through low interest rates on any amount of money borrowed.
Unfortunately, many Americans have seen their credit score drop over the last several months and years which in turn makes it extremely hard to receive low interest rate quotes. It is imperative to make certain that high interest-rate debts are paid down and all bills are paid in full and on time. By doing this over several months and years many homeowners will see their credit score increase.
