Home mortgage refinance loan rates have been at attractive levels over the last several years but it may be the case that the improvement of the overall economy could cause interest rates to move much higher. When looking for the lowest mortgage rates in 2011 there is a very good possibility that we are currently seeing the lowest points of the year in January or February.
The federal reserve bank is taking every necessary step to keep interest rates low for a significant period of time.
