Christmas 2010 is upon us and many people will be asking the question “is there mail service on Christmas Eve 2010?” December 24, 2010 is not a United States Postal Service holiday so it will be the case that there is mail service for those who are looking to send or receive packages. Remember that if you send a package it will likely not get to it’s destination until sometime mid week next week.
Another question that many people will likely ask tomorrow is “does UPS or FedEx deliver on Christmas Eve 2010?” At this point both FedEx and UPS will be delivering tomorrow as this is one of the busiest delivery days of the year. Even though they are delivering it does not mean that you can send a package at the last minute and expect it to get to it’s destination.
It is always smart to do a little bit of extra research online to see where your package is located. With the advancements in technology it is now the case that you can keep up with the exact location of a package online through the UPS, USPS or FedEx website. This has helped many parents better understand if the presents are going to arrive on time.
If a present is not going to arrive on time it might be smart to go out and get a few small stocking stuffers to please your children or little ones. With the mail service running tomorrow it will be very interesting to see how busy the post office is. If you are not a fan of crowds then it might not be a good idea to head out and about on December 24, 2010.
On Christmas Day almost everything is closed expect Walgreens and CVS and a few other stores. WalMart, Target, Best Buy and almost all grocery stores will be closed so make certain that your shopping is done early as you cannot expect most companies to be open n December 25, 2010.
