Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – Pre Christmas 30 Year Home Loans Dip to 4.75% for Borrowers

The roller coaster ride former Bank of America refinance mortgage rates continues as 30 year fixed mortgage rates are currently around 4.75% down from 5.25% last week. Since the beginning of November we have seen a very large range from 4.0% all the way up to 5.25% for the conventional 30 year fixed rate.


With extreme volatility it will likely be the case that many American homeowners step back and wait for this Christmas to pass. December is usually a slow month for refinance activity anyway so it comes as no surprise to see mortgage applications that greatly during the final months of 2010.
