Today’s Lowest FHA Mortgage Interest Rates – Refinance Rates Jump to Levels Above 5% in December 2010

As we get closer and closer to Christmas and 2011 is the case that 30 year fixed mortgage rates are pushing much higher. The 10 year treasury rate yield has moved up quickly over the last six weeks which in turn has pushed 30 year conventional fixed mortgage rates above 5%. When looking for today’s lowest FHA mortgage interest rates it is important to note this move higher.
