Today’s Lowest FHA Mortgage Rates – Refinance 30 Year and 15 Year December Loans Move Much Higher

When looking for today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates is the case that most homeowners are going to find it refinance 30 year and 15 year fixed mortgage rates have moved up significantly. Since the beginning of November we have seen 30 year conventional fixed mortgage rates move from 4% all the way up to 4.75%.
Just one short month ago the 30 year fixed mortgage rate was around 4% and today the 15 year fixed mortgage rate is at this level. For those looking to refinance it is often the case that mortgage rates moving up is a call to action. Unfortunately, many Americans have other concerns on their minds in December as the Christmas holidays just around the corner.
Taking the time and effort to do research and complete due diligence could be very important when it comes to locking into today’s lowest mortgage interest rates. By doing this extra homework many American homeowners could end up saving hundreds of dollars a month on a mortgage payment. Remember that not all American homeowners have the ability to receive interest rate quotes at the lowest possible advertiser levels.
It generally takes a credit score that is well above 740 and a very low debt to income ratio to have any opportunity at today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates in December. Without these financial requirements is often very difficult to convince a mortgage lender to provide very low rate quotes. These lenders are very particular when it comes to lending money to bad credit borrowers.
In the next few months it will likely be the case that many Americans have to make a very big decision when it comes to refinancing a home loan. If 30 year fixed mortgage rates continue to rise and there is a very good chance that a majority of homeowners will not benefit from the refinance process but home prices could increase.
