Wells Fargo Refinance Mortgage Rates – Lowest Home Loan Interest Rates in December Could be 4.4% for 30 Year Fixed

Heading into the month of December we have seen 30 year fixed mortgage rates move up from 4.0% all the way to 4.4% in just a few weeks. With Wells Fargo refinance mortgage rates moving higher and may be the case the lowest home loan interest rates are available at the beginning of the month and up 4.4% range.


When looking for the lowest possible mortgage interest rate is very important to remember that it takes an amazing credit history to have any opportunity to refinance to the lowest possible levels. Unfortunately, a large number of homeowners continue to struggle when it comes to refinancing home loan due to poor financial decisions over the past few years.


If homeowners have seen their credit score drop drastically over the last couple of months or years then it is likely the case that they will not be able to walk into the lowest refinance mortgage rates from Wells Fargo or any mortgage lender in the country. Mortgage lenders are very strict with this learning process especially after the credit crisis.
