As the month of November comes to a close it is the case that many American homeowners are seeing FHA and VA home loan interest rates move up. When looking to compare mortgage interest rates and late November or early December most Americans are finding that 30 year fixed mortgage rate is around 4.45%.
Even though mortgage rates have moved up almost 1/2 percentage point over the last several weeks it is still the case that they are very close to all-time lows. When looking at historical chart of mortgage rates it is quite clear that we have never seen 30 year fixed refinance rates this low for such an extended period of time.
