Today’s Lowest FHA Mortgage Rates – 30 and 15 Year Refinance Rates Remain Near Lowest 2010 Levels

Over the last few weeks We have seen the 10 year treasury rate yield move much higher which in turn has pushed mortgage rates higher but they are still very low when looking at historical mortgage rates. Today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates are still below 5% when it comes to the 30 year and 15 year fixed refinance rate.


When looking at historical charts of rates it is quite obvious that the 30 year fixed mortgage rate has never remained below 5% for such an extended period of time. With this being the case there many homeowners who could greatly benefit by going to the refinance process that they have made strong financial decisions in the recent past.
