Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – This Week’s Home Loan Interest Rates Stable at 4.3% for 30 Year

As we head into Thanksgiving weekend many financial markets are slowing down as a large number of traders and individuals are heading home for the holidays. At the present time we are seeing this week’s home loan interest rates very stable at 4.3% which comes as no surprise as there will likely be little movement. Bank of America refinance mortgage rates remain very attractive the homeowners but it is likely the case that Americans are thinking about the holidays rather than finances.
It is generally the case that November and December are some of the slower months when it comes to bank lending as almost all Americans are thinking about Christmas gifts and enjoying time with their family. With this being the case it will be very interesting to say if any homeowners are looking to save by refinancing and the current low interest rate environment.
Federal Reserve Bank Chairman Ben Bernanke has worked very hard to keep interest rates low and many Americans will benefit if they have made good financial decisions over the past several years. It generally takes a very high credit score above 740 and a low debt to income ratio below 40% have any opportunities to receive low refinance mortgage rate offers.
Over the next two months it will likely be the case that Americans do not think deeply about their personal finances but when the new year rolls around this will be a very hot topic of discussion. It is often the case at January shows a huge increase in refinance applications as Americans want to save money in the new year.
In 2011 a growing number of homeowners will likely consider locking in lower home loan interest rates as they are looking to get ahead when it comes to money. With the overall economy still struggling and the unemployment rate near 10% it will likely be the case that all homeowners are looking to save every penny they can.
