Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – Home Loan Rates Rise Show a Drop in Applications in November

Bank of America refinance mortgage rates have moved up lately as the 30 year fixed conventional rate is around 4.4%.With home loan interest rates moving higher many current and future homeowners are getting quite wary and pulling out of refinancing or buying that first hole. As interest rates rise it seems to be the case that mortgage applications decline.
It will be very interesting to see what happens over the next few weeks as the federal reserve bank continues to take the necessary steps to make 100% certain that interest rates stay low. Some analysts have predicted that in the very near future we could see trends change as mortgage rates could start to move higher towards 5%.
Taking the time and effort to do a little bit of extra research could prove to be greatly beneficial to many homeowners looking to save money on a home loan payment. With the free resources available online it should not be difficult to make an honest opinion as to where mortgage rates will go in the near future.
When looking at historical charts of mortgage interest rates it is quite obvious that we are very close to an all-time low.
