Wells Fargo Refinance Mortgage Rates – 30 Year Fixed Home Loans Seeing Interest Rates Move Higher in November 2010

Home loan interest rates have moved higher over the last week as the 10 year treasury rate yield has pushed up from 2.5% to 2.9%. But this being the case we are seeing 30 year fixed Wells Fargo refinance mortgage rates around for .35% which is up from 4% early last week. Even though mortgage rates are moving higher they are still very low when looking at the historical chart.
Wells Fargo is currently one of the big four banks in America along with Citigroup, Bank of America and Chase. Even though these are the four largest banks and mortgage lenders in the country it does not mean that they are the only option when it comes to refinancing home loan at a very low interest rate. There are many financial institutions at the local, regional and national level that can help with 30 year fixed loan rates.
In November of 2010 we have seen 30 year fixed mortgage rates as low as 4% and as 4.35%. It will be very interesting to see how the Federal Reserve Bank reacts to mortgage rates moving up over the last week. It seems to be the case that every time mortgage rates start to move higher the Fed takes actions to keep interest rates near historical lows.
With borrowing money being very cheap at the present time many Americans have benefited greatly. Whether getting low interest rates on a credit card or a home loan there are opportunities to save in the current economic environment. Some homeowners have been able to save hundreds of dollars on a monthly mortgage payment which in turn makes it much easier to head into the Christmas holiday shopping season.
Before making any assumptions it is always wise to do research online and see what options are available when it comes to refinancing a 30 year fixed home loan. It is generally the case that a very good credit scores needed as mortgage lenders continue to remain strict when it comes to lending practices in November of 2010.
