Over the last few days we have seen the 10 year treasury rate you’ll move higher even though the Federal Reserve Bank has taken steps to keep interest rates quite low. With this being the case a large number of homeowners will likely research refinance mortgage rates as they hope to save money going into the Christmas holiday shopping season.
At the present time Bank of America refinance mortgage rates are around 4.35% for the 30 year fixed mortgage but these low rates are only available to the best borrowers.
