Save Money Any Way Possible

Today’s Lowest Mortgage Interest Rates – Current Refinance Rates Remain at 4.1% From Local and Regional Lenders

As the second weekend in November is upon us it is a case that today’s lowest mortgage interest rates are still very close to all-time lows. Current refinance rates remain at 4.1% for the 30 year fixed mortgage which is just off the historic lows of 4% that were set last weekend.

Taking advantage of these historically low rates is very important when it comes to saving money. A large number of American homeowners have taken the necessary steps to improve their credit history which in turn will allow them to take advantage of historically low mortgage interest rates. It is always a good idea to check the free annual credit report to make 100% certain that each line of credit reported is 100% accurate.

Over the last several weeks it has been the case that the number of refinance applications is greatly outweighed worst time home buyer applications. Much of this is due to the fact that there is no longer a first-time home buyer tax credit government incentive for first time buyers. Many of these first-time home buyers are waiting on the sidelines hoping for another government incentive but at this point that looks highly unlikely.
