Today’s Lowest FHA Mortgage Rates – Current Home Loan Interest Rates Down to 4.1% on November 12, 2010

With Ben Bernanke and the Federal Reserve Bank working very hard to keep interest rates low it comes as no surprise to see many Americans looking for today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates. Current home loan interest rates are around 4.1% for the 30 year fixed mortgage as homeowners have seen rates dropped from 5% all the way down to 4% in just a few months.


Taking advantage of today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates has helped many Americans save quite a bit when it comes to refinancing home loan. Before making any assumptions it is advisable for homeowners to understand that it takes a great credit score and a very low debt to income ratio to have any opportunities to take advantage of the current low interest rate environment set by the Federal Reserve Bank.


With Pres. Obama working very hard to help homeowners who are struggling to make mortgage payments is also the case that home loan modification is available from the government making home affordable program. Once again, it is not the case that all homeowners who qualify for this program but there are opportunities for those who are struggling to make ends meet.
