WalMart Credit Card, MoneyCard and Free Shipping During Holidays Looks to Help Bad Credit Customers with Money

Over the last several years WalMart has worked hard to change its slogan to “Save Money. Live Better.”  With this being the case there have been many offers made from this retailing giant including a credit card, the WalMart MoneyCard and now it is the case that WalMart will offer free shipping during the holidays on over 60,000 items that will likely be purchased as Christmas gift ideas.


It will be very interesting to see if this retailing giant can gain even more market share from the online retailers such as Amazon.com and overstock.com. Many Americans who are on a budget do not want to spend the extra money on shipping when it comes to Christmas gifts. Now that WalMart is going to offer free shipping it may be the case that many of these customers flock to their website WalMart.com to find low prices and great Christmas gets.


It is also the case that the retailing giant has offered a credit card and a prepaid debit card or MoneyCard that can help people when it comes to their personal finances. Rather than having to get to the Christmas holiday without any money assistance it is the case that there is help available but remember that many credit cards have extremely high interest rates when a credit score is poor. Having a credit score below 740 could mean an interest rate as high as 20% on the WalMart credit card.
