We are slowly starting to get information on Black Friday sales and deals and it seems that many major retailers are offering very steep discounts before the Friday after Thanksgiving. While Thanksgiving Friday sales always bring out huge crowds that may be changing in the very near future to avoid the possible accidents and unfortunate deaths.
This year Amazon, Target and WalMart are going to offer deals before Black Friday in hopes of not only gaining early profits but also spreading out some of these shopping days. Rather than having millions of people out and about on one day it would be much more safe to see these shoppers on different days of the holiday shopping season.
Target plans to offer a four day sale leading up to Thanksgiving while WalMart is already offering a “Value of the Day” to go along with many other sales that will take place before Black Friday. Amazon has already started with many offers on products such as Blu Ray DVD players and HD TVs. Look for Amazon to offer some major discounts on shipping to compete with the brick and mortar retailers through the holiday shopping season.
