Bank of America Refinance Mortgage Rates – 30 Year Weekend Home Loans Still at Lowest Historic Levels

As millions of Americans are looking to save before the holiday shopping season it comes as no surprise to see many of these individuals considering the refinance process for a home loan. At the present time Bank of America refinance mortgage rates are very close to all-time lows and many homeowners could benefit through lower 30 year fixed rates.
