Today we are seeing the 30 year fixed mortgage rate bounce slightly off lows but when looking at a historical chart is still obvious that we are very close to the all-time low level for mortgage rates. When looking for today’s lowest mortgage interest rates it is very important to recognize that it takes a very good credit history to receive low rate quotes.
