Over the last several weeks it has been the case that many Americans have noticed that mortgage rates are very close to all-time lows. With this thing in case it comes as no surprise to see a large number of homeowners looking for Bank of America mortgage rates under 4.5%. At the present time we are seeing 30 year home loan slightly higher but still near the lowest levels of 2010.
Taking the time and effort to do research on any mortgage lender can prove to be very important as this is a relationship homeowners will have for quite some time. There were many mortgage lenders throughout the country that can help when it comes to offering low refinance mortgage rate so it is wise to complete due diligence.
Bank of America is currently the largest mortgage lender in the country but they are not the only option when it comes to refinance mortgage rates. Remember that there are many local and regional mortgage lenders that offer low refinance rates with great customer service so it may be wise to seek one of these options in October or November of 2010.
