As the Federal Reserve Bank and Ben Bernanke continue to keep interest rates low and is the case that many Americans have the opportunity to save by going to the refinance process and October of 2010. At the present time we are seeing today’s lowest mortgage interest rates around 4.25% for the 30 year fixed mortgage which allows a large number of Americans to save by refinancing.
Taking the time and effort to do research on personal finance issues is always very important as there are many ways to save money. President Obama and his staff have worked very hard to help Americans save by keeping interest rates near all-time lows. Whether it be on a home loan, car loan or credit card there were many opportunities to save money.
With the Christmas holiday season just around the corner and many people already thinking about Black Friday cell phone sales at Best Buy and other retailers it is probably the case that almost all Americans are looking to save a little bit of extra cash. There is no doubt that Americans will likely cut back this holiday season as the unemployment rate remains above 9% and the overall economy continues to struggle. This is just another reason that many people will search for today’s lowest mortgage interest rates.
