Many people think of Halloween as a time to Trick or Treat and enjoy the fun party but there are also many who are looking for cheap 2010 Halloween gift ideas on a budget.  Some very popular gift ideas this year will likely be gift baskets, flowers, Godiva chocolates or just plain old candy.  With the economy struggling and many people looking to save money it is likely that most people will not spend a lot on Halloween gift ideas.


Unlike Christmas and other major holidays, it tends to be the case that a lot of money is not spent on gifts during Halloween.  This does not mean that it is not a great time to surprise a loved one by sending flowers or a gift basket.  There are many online retailers that offer great Halloween basket ideas as most of these include some type of chocolate or candy.
