As Americans are looking to save as much money as possible it is currently the case that 30 year fixed mortgage rates are very close to all-time lows. As mortgage rates continue to drop it comes as no surprise to see many homeowners looking to compare mortgage interest rates today. Finding the lowest thirty-year refinance VA, FHA or conventional home loans could save a great amount of money.


Before make any assumptions when it comes to locking in the lowest mortgage interest rates it is very important to recognize that only the best borrowers have any chance to receive these low rates. At the present time we are seeing 30 year fixed rates as low as 4.25% but it will take a great credit score and a very low debt to income ratio to lock-in on these opportunities.
