Bad credit unsecured personal loans continue to help many poor credit Americans borrow money when they are in need. Some of the largest personal loan lenders in the country include Citi, Chase, Wells Fargo and Capital One. While these are some of the biggest bank lenders remember that they are not the only options as there are many local and regional lenders as well.
Taking the time and extra effort to do research on bank loan rates could prove to be very helpful as this could help borrowers receive a better interest rate offer. The higher a credit score it is generally the case that there are lower interest rate offers. Unfortunately, there are millions of Americans who continue to struggle with money and they have seen their credit scores drop.
Bank of America is one of the largest banks in the country but they no longer offer personal loans. As of October 31st, 2009 Bank of America exited the personal loan industry. Interestingly, most other major banks have not followed suit as they continue to offer personal loans even to those without a great credit score.
