Today’s lowest mortgage interest rates remain a very attractive levels that have bounced off all time lows as the 10 year treasury rate yield has moved slightly higher. For those looking for refinance 30 year home loan rates it the lowest levels in the history of the housing market it is important to do research and realize that it takes a very good financial history.
Over the last several months it has been the case that the 10 year treasury rate yield has been downtrending which in turn has helped 30 year fixed mortgage interest rates move down as well. The federal reserve bank has taken the necessary steps to make sure that the Fed funds rate remains very close to zero which in turn has helped to keep 30 year fixed rates under 5%.
With Ben Bernanke and Timothy Geithner working diligently to keep interest rates low and will be very interesting to see what happens over the next several months as the economy continues to recover.
