Today’s Lowest FHA Mortgage Rates – Refinance Interest Rates from JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America

Posted on | September 28, 2010 | No Comments

Today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates continue to attract many homeowners who are looking to save money by lowering their monthly mortgage payment. At the present time we are seeing 30 year fixed rates around 4.25% but it is important to remember that only the best borrowers receive interest rates this low.

Refinance interest rates from J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America have all been reported near historically low levels. It is important to realize that these are some of the biggest banks in America but they are not the only option when it comes to locking into today’s lowest FHA mortgage rates. There are many local mortgage lenders throughout the country that can help many Americans receive great offers when it comes to low rates.

Unfortunately, some Americans will not be able to qualify for lower FHA mortgage rates as they will not have a credit score high in. With this being the case it may be smart to consider JP Morgan Chase home loan modification or any mortgage lender modification in an opportunity to lower a monthly mortgage payment through a government program.
